We also offer unique catering services and provide access to commercial kitchens that meet health and safety standards.

Job Description :

The BRDGE is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of all our events.

This role involves managing catering leads, organizing vendor presence, and ensuring all events run seamlessly.

Opportunity : This position is compensated per successful event. Please include your portfolio in your cover letter.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish
  • Manage relationships with vendors and ensure their presence at events
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, operations, and breakdown
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events
  • Handle event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with vendors, clients, and team members
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and colleagues
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to think on your feet and address issues as they arise
  • Time Management : Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and ensure smooth event execution
  • Attention to Detail : Ensure all aspects of the event are considered and executed flawlessly
  • Budget Management : Experience in managing event budgets and finding cost-effective solutions
  • Technical Skills : Familiarity with event management software and tools
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
  • Proven track record of successful event management
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and event management software
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
