JOB OVERVIEW

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven professional to join our team in the role ofCivil / Structural Engineer.

Reporting to theManager, Engineering, this position is responsible to perform civil design, analysis, and program work.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide civil design analysis and oversight into the Darlington New Nuclear Project
• Support the seismic qualification, aging management and periodic inspection programs
• Working with the National Building Code of Canada, Ontario Building Code, CSA S16, CSA A23
• Working with CSA Nuclear Standards including N287, N289, and N291
• Working in a multi-disciplinary environment, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies such as the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission
