• Demonstrates discipline to work effectively from a home office
• Previous experience in direct sales or inside telesales preferred
• Military experience is a plus
• Must have sales experience and a dedication to achieving exceptional results

Expectations :

• Conduct over 100 outbound phone calls and numerous emails daily
• Utilize CRM and marketing support to bolster your pipeline
• Work Monday to Friday, available from 9 am to 6 pm EST
• Focus on acquiring 5-10 new clients monthly while prioritizing retention efforts
• Travel and face-to-face meetings not required; role centered on full-time outbound selling
• Success measured by the number of new accounts acquired each month

Compensation :

• Operate as a 1099 Independent Contractor, eliminating the need for travel or commuting
• Base salary of $1,400 per month, with $700 per closed deal, aiming for a target annual compensation of $100,000
• Access to ongoing commissionable sales promotions to enhance your average ticket size
• Earn commission based on a percentage of revenue after achieving agreed monthly cash receipts
• Receive 100% of your salary, with no taxes withheld, paid on the 10th and 25th of each month for the previous 30 days’ work
