Our Tri-City-based customer is actively searching for CNC Machinist specializing in vertical lathe operations, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC vertical lathes to produce high-quality, precision-machined parts.
Your expertise in handling large parts and ensuring adherence to tight tolerances will be crucial to our production process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC vertical lathes to machine large parts according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining operations.
- Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
