We are seeking a mature, reliable, and experienced sales professional to join our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences , thrives in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment , has a natural sales ability and understands the importance of follow‑through and accountability . Our service providers depend on a strong, competent front desk team; you keep the spa running smoothly so diligence in your role is required.
This is not an entry‑level role. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or reception (preferably in a wellness, spa, or fitness setting) is required .
About the Role
As the first and last point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for both creating a welcoming atmosphere and driving business success through membership sales, service upgrades, and operational excellence . This position demands emotional intelligence , precision , and a strong sense of responsibility .
What You’ll Do
Greet and check in clients warmly and professionallyConfidently sell memberships, upgrades, gift cards , and retail productsHandle phone calls, bookings, and schedule adjustments with efficiency and accuracy using zenoti booking softwareDe‑escalate concerns, confidently uphold policies, and handle emotional clients with empathy and professionalismConnect with each client you interact with to build rapport and trust and learn how to best be of service to themMulti‑task under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanorFollow up with clients to encourage repeat visits and promote current offersWork closely with the spa team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operationsTake ownership of any service or operational gaps and resolve them proactivelyWho You Are
