Our Client is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support and grow its commercial roofing and building envelope business across the Vancouver market. Based in Vancouver, this role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and design professionals while providing product training, technical guidance, and field-level support. You will also play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

This position is hands-on by design, with approximately 75% of time spent on rooftops and job sites and 25% dedicated to client meetings and relationship management.

The ideal candidate brings practical experience in commercial roofing or building envelope systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and holds a valid driver's license.

Compensation includes an estimated base salary of CAD $70,000–$90,000 annually, with potential performance-based bonuses, along with competitive benefits and long-term growth opportunities.
