Security Operations Coordinator - Scheduler / Dispatcher - Burnaby

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional for the full-time role of Security Operations Coordinator - Scheduler / Dispatcher . This position will be responsible for coordinating all scheduling needs within the Operations Center, handling both administrative and operational tasks. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for security officers and supervisors on shift, ensuring a smooth operation across all assignments.

This is a relief position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling static security officers for sites as required
• Assigning tasks to Field Support Supervisors
• Maintaining communication with supervisors, site managers, and security officers
• Responding to emergency calls and giving direction
• Professionally communicating with clients over the phone and / or via email as required, with respect to scheduling needs

This position reports to the Operations Manager . In addition, the position will receive direction from other Senior SSRG Management from time to time.
