Job Description

As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you will champion the customer experience in our wireless department. Your role centers on helping consumers and business customers achieve their working and learning goals through wireless products, services, and trends. You will be a knowledgeable advisor, interact with the larger store team, and share expertise across business units.

What You Will Do

• Connect with customers and identify, convert wireless opportunities.
• Provide expert product and service knowledge, follow up to solicit feedback and promote additional solutions.
• Partner with the store team to build awareness of offers and encourage referrals.
• Achieve personal sales goals and maintain merchandising standards, including current pricing.
• Support asset protection and privacy standards.
• Stay updated via internal communications and resolve customer concerns, escalating when appropriate.
