Main Requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role
- Strong communication skills by email and phone
- Fluently bilingual required for communications outside of Quebec
- Strong Excel knowledge
Main Responsibilities :
- Open client accounts, ensure accurate recording of all customer terms and conditions
- Verify credit for new clients
- Post deposits to customer account
- Maintain customer files
- Issue monthly statements
- Collect past due accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts when there are discrepancies
- Respond to customer’s account inquiries
