Retail Print & Services Supervisor at Staples Canada
Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence in our print and customer service areas.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Model and coach the selling model, engaging customers and motivating associates.
- Sales Execution: Communicate flyer and promotional items, maximizing sales while assisting customers.
- Leadership: Lead cash and print areas, achieve goals, cultivate a selling culture.
- Operational Excellence: Manage store brand standards in print.
- Training & Development: Provide training and inspire continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in retail, with supervisory and coaching experience preferred.
- 1-2 years in a print/graphic communications environment, with knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Technical acumen to operate computers and printing equipment.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
