Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence in our print and customer service areas.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Model and coach the selling model, engaging customers and motivating associates.
• Sales Execution: Communicate flyer and promotional items, maximizing sales while assisting customers.
• Leadership: Lead cash and print areas, achieve goals, cultivate a selling culture.
• Operational Excellence: Manage store brand standards in print.
• Training & Development: Provide training and inspire continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in retail, with supervisory and coaching experience preferred.
• 1-2 years in a print/graphic communications environment, with knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Technical acumen to operate computers and printing equipment.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
