Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Estimator at Redekop Ferrario Properties. Working from our Head Office in Abbotsford, BC, t he Estimator will be responsible for project cost estimation, tendering, contract management, cost management, and project budgeting.
Qualifications
- Cost Management and Budgeting skills
- Construction Estimating and Project Estimation skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in real estate or construction industry
- Preferable experience in 6 story wood frame residential
- Proficiency in project management software
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Designation or certification in Estimating
