Responsibilities

What YOU will be doing as a Welder Fitter

• custom fabrication
• work with heavy gauge material from ½ plate up to 24 thick plate
• read and understand engineered drawings and weld symbols
• work safely and follow all safety rules and procedures
• work with cranes and rigging

Qualifications

What YOU bring to the role of Welder Fitter in Hamilton :

• CWB Certified in flat MCAW and SMAW all positions an asset
• 437A Read Seal Fabricator an asset
• 5 years fitting experience
• mechanical hydraulic experience is an asset
• good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• experience with cranes and rigging
