Responsibilities :
- Elicit and document user stories and requirements for new product features and enhancements.
- Write clear and testable specifications for the technical implementation teams, including visual mock-ups, flow diagrams, business rules, exception handling, etc.
- Create and update user guides, knowledgebase articles, and operational support documentation for the assigned products.
- Facilitate problem resolution process with the squad and operational support teams.
Requirements :
- Experience in writing system requirements in the form of user stories (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and system specifications / BRDs.
- Ability to facilitate conversations with business and technical teams, summarize and present action items and features clearly and concisely.
- Proven experience in facilitating issue resolution (root cause analysis, data analysis, problem replication, change management).
- Formal experience as a technical product owner, systems analyst, product analyst.
- Experience working on public web portals and good understanding of typical components of web applications.
- Working knowledge of T-SQL and relational databases.
- Agile Product Owner or Business Analyst certification.
