Responsibilities :

• Elicit and document user stories and requirements for new product features and enhancements.
• Write clear and testable specifications for the technical implementation teams, including visual mock-ups, flow diagrams, business rules, exception handling, etc.
• Create and update user guides, knowledgebase articles, and operational support documentation for the assigned products.
• Facilitate problem resolution process with the squad and operational support teams.

Requirements :

• Experience in writing system requirements in the form of user stories (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and system specifications / BRDs.
• Ability to facilitate conversations with business and technical teams, summarize and present action items and features clearly and concisely.
• Proven experience in facilitating issue resolution (root cause analysis, data analysis, problem replication, change management).
• Formal experience as a technical product owner, systems analyst, product analyst.
• Experience working on public web portals and good understanding of typical components of web applications.
• Working knowledge of T-SQL and relational databases.
• Agile Product Owner or Business Analyst certification.
