Job Title : Engineering Manager

Salary : $ 140K+ (Based on Experience)

Position Overview : The Engineering Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction, leading a team of engineers and technologists, and driving the growth of the organization. This role involves overseeing design processes, ensuring quality and safety standards, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship and career development.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring effective solutions and protecting client relationships.
• Develop and enforce standards for quality, efficiency, and safety within the Service Line.
• Support business development efforts and client relationship management.
• Manage project costs and timelines to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to deliver technical training and support staff recruitment.
