Your future duties and responsibilities :
On a typical day, you will :
- Perform manual testing of modified or added functionality;
- Produce test scenarios;
- Ensure compliance with initial requests;
- Document anomalies detected during functional and acceptance tests;
- Participate in defining and delivering improvements within their team;
- Participation in the implementation of automated tests.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
- Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll, human resources and time management solutions or quality assurance testing
- Minimum college diploma in a related field (administration, IT, software quality, etc.)
- Experience in Web, Mobile or AS application testing (an asset)
- Experience in Agile development cycle (an asset)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and XRay (an asset)
- Good learning skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Advanced analytical skills
- Demonstrate rigor in follow-ups
- Autonomy in managing time and priorities
- Flexibility in terms of working hours
- Ability to manage several files in parallel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel)
- Fluency in spoken and written French
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
