A career as a Senior Operations Agent at National Bank, you will capitalize on your ability to work in synergy with clients and your colleagues.
In this role, you will support members of your team by carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with Bank policies, standards, and procedures.
Your job :
- Warmly welcome clients to the branch and direct them to the right resource person.
- Aid with event planning and organization, pertaining to branch events.
- Provide top-quality customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Help the Branch Administrator with a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
- Make daily bank deposits and submit accounts payable.
- Carry out daily administrative activities (mail, distribute and file documents, order supplies, manage conference room reservations, etc.).
- Help branch staff with IT assistance and the submission of IT related inquiries through our internal IT department
- Prepare monthly reporting on branch operations
Your team :
National Bank Financial Wealth Management is the fifth largest brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches.
You will report to the Branch Administrator and work closely with a team of investment advisors.
Prerequisites :
- Education in Administration / Operations or a related field and preferred 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience working in financial services an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail
