DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR + SALES STRATEGY STUDENT (SUMMER 2026)

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Digital Marketing & Sales Strategy Coordinator (4‑month summer student) to support both our digital marketing initiatives and our expanding sales strategy function. This hybrid role is ideal for a student who is both creatively driven and analytically minded, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be an initiative‑taker with a “can‑do” attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to meaningful, real‑world business projects.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications :
Enrollment in a Degree or Diploma program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Analytics, or related fieldsStrong interest in sales strategy, customer insights, or commercial strategy in addition to marketingExperience with graphic design tools , presentation software, and / or digital content creation is considered an assetFamiliarity with social media platforms , content creation workflows, and basic performance analyticsAbility to create clear, visually engaging presentations that support marketing and sales storytellingStrong communication, organizational, and time‑management skillsA creative mindset with the ability to solve problems, think critically, and generate new ideasWorking knowledge or willingness to learn digital marketing tools, CMS platforms , web analytics, and SEO / SEM fundamentalsComfort working with data (Excel, dashboards, basic reporting) and interest in learning how marketing performance supports sales outcomesResponsibilities
Support the development and execution of Midland’s content calendar across web and social platformsAssist with editing, optimizing, and publishing content across digital and traditional channels while maintaining brand consistency and adherence to brand standardsAssist in coordinating marketing events and campaign rolloutsSupport daily communication assignments, including drafting internal and customer‑facing contentAssist in gathering market, industry, and competitor insights to support sales strategy initiativesSupport the creation of sales‑focused presentations , playbooks, one‑pagers, and pitch materials for internal stakeholdersWork with the Sales Strategy team to help track and consolidate lead‑generation activityHelp analyze performance metrics and translate them into insightsAssist with updating and maintaining CRM‑adjacent data , ensuring digital‑generated leads are properly tagged or organized for handoff to the sales teamSupport cross‑departmental communication between Digital, Sales Strategy, and Sales teamsParticipate in brainstorming sessions related to sales enablement content , website improvements, or digital enhancements that influence the customer journey#J-18808-Ljbffr
