Ausenco is a fast‑growing company redefining possibilities in complex projects and tough environments. We are expanding our team in Eastern Canada and are recruiting for this role in the Burlington office.

About The Role

• Collaborate with the engineering and design team from FEED through scoping and detailed engineering to construction support.
• Develop capital cost estimates for feasibility study and detailed engineering proposals.
• Monitor costs associated with the selection, cost and installation of Instrumentation and Control System equipment.
• Design instrumentation‑related engineering deliverables, including instrument indexes, installation details, location drawings, datasheets, wiring drawings, loop drawings, P&ID's, material requisitions, evaluation of alternatives and selection of instruments, calculations (control valve, flow elements, pressure safety valves), document control logs, bill of materials, instrument change approvals, and construction work packages.
• Design controls‑related engineering deliverables such as logic drawings, termination / wiring diagrams, block diagrams, panel layouts, control system topology / architecture, control narrative, and cable schedule.
• Participate in HAZOP reviews and other technical, constructability and quality reviews.
