Our main focus areas are building custom business products, implementing Zoho as an ERP, helping them with bookkeeping and migrating the clients from one system to another.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at Automate Accounts. The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving business processes, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and bridging the gap between stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Other responsibilities may include preparing reports and providing insightful recommendations to enhance operations and decision-making processes. You will play a key role in client discovery, solutioning, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement
- Attend in person industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to understand market trends and build professional connections
- Engage with businesses to understand business needs and help position Zoho solutions effectively
- Build relationships within the Zoho ecosystem, including user groups and community forums, by offering guidance and solution support
Discovery & Solution Design
Lead discovery and scoping conversations to understand client processes, challenges, and objectivesRecommend appropriate Zoho applications and supporting products based on business needsPrepare high-level scopes, solution outlines, and proposed implementation approachesProject Coordination
Act as the primary bridge between clients and the development teamClearly document and communicate client objectives, requirements, and success criteriaCoordinate with internal teams to ensure scope clarity, timelines, and successful deliverySupport ongoing client communication throughout the project lifecycleRequired Qualifications
Strong understanding of business processes and system implementationsExcellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skillsAbility to translate business needs into clear functional (and high-level technical) requirementsComfortable working in a fast-paced, growing consulting environmentNice to Have
