Description
- Provide daily hands-on leadership to restaurant operations teams, developing strong working relationships with management, service, and culinary teams at each location.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and a culture of excellence.
- Oversee profit and loss controls, inventory levels, and labor and product cost monitoring, implementing changes to improve these metrics.
- Develop and communicate consistent standards of practice across all business units to ensure exceptional and consistent service and hospitality.
- Foster a mindset of excellence and accountability throughout leadership teams.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and improve service strategies for consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Guarantee exceptional food and beverage quality by monitoring quality and handling standards.
- Communicate and celebrate business successes and accomplishments.
- Work with marketing and operational teams to generate sustained business and sales growth.
- Serve as an inspirational, committed, and responsible leader to the restaurants’ management teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading a premium food and beverage operation.
- A leader with a proven record of understanding the needs of the business from the ground up.
- Builder of high-performing teams and positive workplace culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze current business problems and implement effective solutions.
