Audio Visual Project Coordinator

The Audio Visual Project Coordinator position is client-facing and is responsible mainly for creating positive, meaningful relationships with clients and driving projects from beginning to end with a focus on quality control. Project coordinators will act as liaisons between the sales team and the technical team. This position will work with operations to determine specific needs in terms of logistics, staffing, etc. The coordinator will also perform a basic post-project analysis as well.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive project plans
• Ability to organize and moderate in-person project meetings as well as audio/video conferences with project stakeholders
• Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Word, Excel)
• Experience with software and tools related to project management and resource scheduling and tracking
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Self-sufficient, self-motivated, organized, reliable, and punctual
• Self-starter with the ability to maximize efforts daily, without daily supervision
• Professional demeanor and good people skills

Required Experience

• 3+ years of project or event coordination experience- in the audiovisual field an asset
• Experience in leading a team and projects
