Job Title : Technical Analyst / Business Analyst

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Partner with senior business sponsors, platform supervision, compliance, and business management to develop, manage and assist in detailed technical design for BAU enhancements / remediation projects for holistic supervisory and surveillance platforms.
Coordinate and track project planning through the different stages of the development cycle with the near and offshore team.
Understand core systems, applications and technical platforms.
Develop BA test plan and test scripts and test new / enhanced surveillance scenarios and de-bug with developers as well as manage UAT with users.
Be able to understand migrate light coding from other region’s platform.
Provide functional & technical support for new releases and liaise with developers as needed.
Work on multiple projects and respect aggressive schedule.
Coordinate and manage the different BAU streams with their respective accountable stakeholders, identify risk / issues and creatively work with work streams to drive solutions.
Encourage and organize ad-hoc sessions with participants, and work through issues.
Work with the project stakeholders, PM and BA’s to provide input on schedules, provide organizational governance and propose implementation best practices.
Minimum required qualifications :
Understand core systems, applications and technical platforms.
5+ years of work experience, preferably in management consulting within the financial services industry
Experience with working both in BA analytical discipline and project management.
Strong organization skills
Experience working with internal and external technical teams / vendors
Ability interface effectively with staff at all levels.
Exceptional oral and written communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment.
Ability to manage conflicting requests and set expectations to both senior management and individual contributors.
Python / Shell Script knowledge a plus.
Advanced (or expert level) skill using productivity tools including Project Management, Jira, BitBucket, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Preferred qualifications :
Experience with IT support and Compliance.
Experience with eCommunications applications preferred.
Experience with data science systems.
