Vehicle Purchasing Specialist

We are a growing used car dealership looking for a motivated Vehicle Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing quality used vehicles to support our inventory needs.

If the candidate has experience or a strong interest in vehicle sales, this can also be discussed as part of the role.

Responsibilities :

• Source used vehicles through auctions, private sellers, trade-ins, and online platforms
• Inspect and evaluate vehicles for condition, value, and reconditioning needs
• Negotiate purchase prices to meet dealership profit goals
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and vehicle details
• Monitor market trends and vehicle pricing
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers and auction partners
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure inventory readiness
