Production Supervisor

Senior Flexonics Canada, a division of Senior Plc, headquartered in Brampton, seeks a Production Supervisor at its Brampton, Ontario facility. This position reports to the Plant Manager and supports plant production activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees on the production floor.
• Interpret specifications and job orders for department employees, assigning duties.
• Analyze work orders with the Production Manager and Plant Manager to determine production schedules.
• Analyze and solve work‑related problems or assist employees in problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with the company employee handbook, safety program, and Workplace Health & Safety.
• Assist the Production Manager and Plant Manager as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
