As the face of the organization, the Executive Director leads the association's mission, vision, and strategic plan, ensuring it achieves its mandate and identified goals.
Reporting to the board of directors, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, leading the team, ensuring the association's sound fiscal management while delivering high-quality services to the members, and fostering relationships with industry stakeholders.
The Executive Director will report to the Board of Directors and lead a member-based organization in the following areas :

oProgram delivery
oOperational excellence
oBoard Governance
