Job Title : Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location : Peel Region, ON - Remote
Length of Assignment : Temporary - Permanent
Salary : $-$ / hour
Job Responsibilities :
- Manager a portfolio of customer accounts (small to medium sized businesses)
- BB Collection calls
- Reconciliations
- Email communication with customers
- EDI / portal knowledge
- Resolve any invoice discrepancies or disputes by liaising with both customers and sales
- Make recommendations on holding / releasing of customer orders
Qualifications :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- years of credit and collections experience using a portal
- Intermediate level excel skills
- Large ERP system experience an asset
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
