This role falls under our Corporate business unit. At Behaviour, our corporate teams are strategic and intentional and work proactively to put in place the optimal solutions for our tools and teams across Behaviour.
In this role, you will assist the Vice President of Communications and be tasked with providing leadership in developing and implementing strategies and actions aimed at ensuring effective internal communications across Behaviour's six studios, both locally and internationally.
You will also be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary internal communications team.In this role you will :
- Develop and proactively plan effective internal communication plans based on organizational challenges and business needs, ensuring their implementation
- Collaborate on various projects with significant impact on employee mobilization and engagement.
- Develop and implement employee recognition strategy in collaboration with internal teams
- Develop and contribute to the implementation of the company's social responsibility strategy
- Stay updated with best practices in internal communications and employer branding, and remain informed about industry news.
- Implement effective measurement tools to evaluate the performance of internal communication strategies
- Provide technical leadership for tasks within the internal communications team
What we're looking for :
- University degree in communication studies, public relations, marketing or in a related field
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Recognized skills in developing innovative internal communication strategies that deliver tangible business benefits
- Thorough understanding of communication policies, practices, and strategic principles
- Strategic vision, political awareness, results-driven approach, and a particular emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Inspirational leadership and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
