We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist specializing in online chat, email, and phone support for the fashion industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including online chat, email, and phone calls.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide personalized support to our customers.
Position : Customer Experience Specialist (Online Chat, Email, Phone) - Fashion Industry
Salary : $18-22 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule : Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Saturday from 8 : 00 am to 05 : 00 pm
Status : Hybrid mode (4 / 1)
Schedules will be communicated in advance.

Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional support to customers through various channels, including online chat, email, and phone, addressing inquiries, orders, and product information.
Manage customer accounts and inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction levels and timely issue resolution.
Engage proactively with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience in call center or customer service, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with online chat platforms, email systems, and phone support.
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM and Saturdays from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
