Job Summary :
We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service in a B2B pharmaceutical environment. This role plays a key part in supporting customer engagement, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.
This posting is for an existing vacancy. The salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000.
Primary Activities and Tasks :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing superior customer service
- Maintain awareness of pharmaceutical industry trends with a focus on B2B customer engagement
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business relationships with customers and prospects
- Build and maintain a strong communication network through phone calls, prompt email follow-ups, and in-person customer visits
- Present and lead customer-based KPIs and manage scheduled customer interactions
- Support customers with escalations, information requests, and ongoing account needs
- Assist with worksheets and documentation related to quoting
- Participate in trade shows, including planning, on-site presence, and customer engagement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information within the CRM system
Academic & Professional Training :
Recent college or university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is considered an assetExperience :
Minimum of 2+ years of sales and customer-facing experience within the life sciences supply chain or supplier industry (preferred)Knowledge of cGMP requirements related to warehousing and distribution services for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and nutraceutical productsExperience working in a B2B sales environmentStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills with excellent interpersonal and customer relation abilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team and across departmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office 365Primarily on-site role with flexibility for off-site customer visitsAbility to travel globally as requiredPlease note that AI-assisted tools may be used to support the preliminary screening of applications.
