Security Guard - Casual / On-Call in Terrace

We are currently looking for Security Officers in Terrace for our Casual / On-Call team, where you'll be a key first responder for short-notice or short-term assignments.

We are seeking candidates for casual part-time work, with availability to work either days (ex. 8am-5pm), or short shifts (ex. 5 : 30am-9 : 30am, or 1 : 30pm-5 : 30pm), all days of the week.

Responsibilities :

• Controlling access to the facility
• Regular foot patrols
• Providing excellent customer service
• Writing detailed incident reports
• De-escalating potentially violent situations
• Responding to alarms and emergency requests
• Communicating with colleagues, clients, emergency responders, and the general public
• Reporting unusual activity, property damage, security breaches, etc. to our Operations Centre and emergency services
• Other duties as required to meet operational needs
