About the opportunity :

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day production operations at the plant facility including proactively conducting root cause analysis and correcting operating issues and employee activities. The position is responsible for ensuring a safe operation, key targets and results are achieved, effective management of resources, identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives, and scheduling and related services to help ensure production objectives are met.

• This position will require shift flexibility to cover vacations, holidays, etc. for day, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends (if required).

Compensation :

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is $70,100 – $87,600+ .

Please note : Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications
