Poser des questions ouvertes concernant les projets du client afin de déterminer son niveau d’expertise et ses besoins. Promouvoir les services offerts, comme les Services spéciaux, la Location, le Comptoir Pro et le Service Pro, et savoir comment les recommander. Stimulation des ventes Discuter des choix offerts (bon, meilleur, le meilleur) et suggérer des articles ou des services connexes d’autres rayons ou services dont le client pourrait avoir besoin. Informer le client à propos du projet entier. Tirer parti de la politique Pouvoir d’agir si cela s’avère nécessaire pour satisfaire le client. Effectuer l’entretien quotidien des étagères : tous les produits doivent être étiquetés, munis des bons éléments d’affichage et propres. Perfectionnement des compétences et des connaissances Maintenir une bonne connaissance de l’ensemble des produits de son rayon ou service et des rayons et services voisins. Chercher de façon proactive à bien connaître tous les produits et services. Maintien de la sécurité Respecter toutes les politiques et procédures, y compris celles relatives à la prévention des pertes. Compétences: Communication efficace. Souci de la clientèle. Aptitudes: Aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles. Supérieur immédiat ou subordonnés: Superviseur. Exigences relatives aux déplacements: Aucune exigence relative aux déplacements.
