Job descriptionPlan, organize, oversee and evaluate the store’s overall operations Recruit staff and manage staff training Develop work schedules for staff and monitor their performance Manage inventory and revenue, making necessary adjustments as required Address customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures Negotiate agreements with suppliers for sourcing food and other necessary supplies Experience : 2~3 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required Education : Completion of secondary school is required
