Mister Artisan Ice Cream is seeking a F / T Food Services Manager

Position Info :

  • Terms of employment : Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage : $28.85~$31.85 / hour (depending on experience)
  • Number of Positions : 1

Job Duties :

  • Plan, organize, oversee and evaluate the store’s overall operations
  • Recruit staff and manage staff training
  • Develop work schedules for staff and monitor their performance
  • Manage inventory and revenue, making necessary adjustments as required
  • Address customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Negotiate agreements with suppliers for sourcing food and other necessary supplies

    • Job Requirements :

  • Experience : 2~3 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
  • Education : Completion of secondary school is required
