Reporting to the Test Manager, the LabVIEW Production Test Technologist will be responsible for testing systems and software in the manufacturing space. The shift times for this position are from 8 AM or 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday; fully on-site . This position requires on-call availability and flexibility to come to work if needed to attend to urgent matters.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, hardworking, and adaptable data-driven / logging individual with a strong exposure in a production and manufacturing environment, and highly skilled and independent, performing complex tests on electric systems and PCBs. The Test Technologist is experienced with coding languages such as C++ or Python , as well as strong work experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, Linux configuration and installs, and electrical design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement manufacturing test processes, tools, and documentation to support efficient production.
• Ensure products are designed with effective test and validation methods prior to release to manufacturing.
• Coordinate engineering changes and work closely with technical and production teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
• Partner with external manufacturers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and maintain product quality standards.
• Support quality audits and evaluate materials and finished products to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and daily guidance to engineering and operations team members.
• Assist with planning and coordination of manufacturing activities across internal and external teams.
