Country Finance Manager :
Our client is searching for a Country Finance Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for planning and completion of all accounting activities within the department to ensure complete and correct accounting for all legal entities.
A successful candidate will be comfortable with handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Be responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll and budget preparation
- Ensure internal controls and guidelines are followed and make recommendations of perceived control weaknesses
- Be responsible for the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
- Be responsible for working with tax partners on all tax filing needs enabling timely filings
- Coordinate with outside auditors and provide needed information for the annual external audit
- Present recommendations to management on short and long term financial objectives, policies and efficiency improvements
- Have a full and clear understanding of all financial statements within legal entities
- Maintain department plans and meet all reporting requirements and dates
Your strengths include :
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- CPA Designation is preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills, but verbal and written
- Follow all systems, policies, and procedures
