Job Description
The Candidate must provide the services of a Share Point SME to support the implementation and administration of specialized applications / software for a Corporate Information Management Cell :
- Manage, monitor, support and maintain corporate information management applications including, but not limited to : standard Enterprise BackOffice applications, Web Sites, Share Point Sites, Databases, and other specialized software applications hosted in software engineering environments;
- For further clarity on data protection : Manage, monitor, support and maintain all corporate information management tools, including but not limited to Databases, Archives, Repositories, Share Point sites and Storage Areas;
- Produce and maintain all relevant technical documentation in regards to supported software applications in order to support corporate information management;
- Respond within 2 working days to any requests for assistance as it pertains to corporate information management applications; and
- Track technical problems and solutions in a suitable corporate information management application to support configuration control and change management activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years experience working with / designing and maintaining SharePoint Sites;
- Experience with software engineering within a Client / Server Environment or Collaborative Environments;
- Managing, Analyzing, Designing, Modeling, and Implementing software systems :
- System life-cycle management for software systems;
- Experience as a Software Specialist with in an IPT for an onsite client;
- Experience in the preparation of technical concept documents, system specifications, and technical proposals in the field of Information Technology / Information management or engineering (i.
- e., System, software, computer, communication, security, or simulation);
- Communicating information technology frameworks / strategies to management and technical staff;
- Communicating system engineering direction for projects or systems;
- Providing advice, guidance, and recommendations on technical issues to support the decision-making of senior management; and
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree in software, computer, systems, electrical, or a suitable engineering or technical field.
