The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring construction, development, or maintenance projects in stores, ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines are met. He or she works with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, and handles the administrative and technical management of projects.

Connaissance des logiciels de dessin : Autocad, Bluebeam Revu et logiciel Asana (un atout).
Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, Outlook.

Specific responsibilities :
Take charge of the complete planning of construction, development, or maintenance projects, including defining objectives, timelines, and budgets.Participate in the development and monitoring of detailed budgets (labor, materials, equipment) and ensure that costs are respected throughout the project.Develop work schedules and coordinate the various phases of the project to ensure delivery within the prescribed deadlines.Participate in the preparation and negotiation of calls for tenders and bids necessary for the completion of projects.Commission, coordinate, and supervise professionals and contractors (consultants, subcontractors).Integrate and collaborate effectively with various internal and external team members, and support stakeholder and supplier management.Work management and execution :
Supervise construction and fitting‑out work on site to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.Plan and organize the installation of the required equipment, systems, and fittings (displays, lighting, security, furniture, etc.).Coordinate materials and deliveries, ensuring compliance with brand standards and project requirements.Manage issues, contingencies, and potential risks by proposing appropriate solutions.Support the implementation of quality control processes for designs and fixtures.Collaborate with external designers on conceptual and detailed designs.Modify drawings in AutoCAD or prepare sketches on site for any additional construction needs.Ensure the implementation and operational coordination of projects with the relevant teams.Promote and comply with risk management and safety policies and procedures.Administrative and technical follow‑up :
Follow up on calls for tenders, analyze bids, and make recommendations.Support the team in obtaining the necessary permits and authorizations.Help administer billing and collection processes.Perform any other related tasks as required by the project.Requirements And Skills :
Hold a college diploma in architecture, interior design, building design, or any other equivalent training.Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience (project manager, commercial development, etc.).Knowledge of current codes and regulations.Good knowledge of construction and retail (store maintenance).Knowledge of drawing software : AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and Asana (an asset).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, Outlook.Fluency in written and spoken French and English.Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain schedules and budgets simultaneously.Adaptability to change.Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.Ability to read plans and specifications.Own a car and have a valid driver's license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
