The opportunity
The Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) Project Architect provides expert analysis and architecture design for Government of Yukon's corporate HR information systems.
The HRMS Project Architect will develop architecture plans and lead development teams to ensure that HRMS systems meet the current and future government and departmental needs and objectives.

- Completion of post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field;
- Experience implementing, supporting and troubleshooting Human Capital Management (HCM) software (such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.);
- Experience in functional analysis and business improvement practices, ideally in a human resource and / or payroll environment; and
- Experience leading software development teams.
Candidates who have education, training, and / or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
