• Full-time, permanent role (Monday – Friday, with flex hours), Remote working is a possibility.
• Salary : $110,000 - $135,000 commensurate with experience.
• Architecture and development of distributed web-based applications using the Microsoft .NET stack and at least one compatible web development framework.

• Working with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement professional software solutions for new and existing clients.
• Assuming a technical leadership role on projects.
• Assuming complete technical and architectural ownership of assigned projects and tasks
• Designing architecture of solutions using tools and strategies best suited to the problem at hand.
• Technical implementation of software requirements according to specified requirements
• Mentoring less-senior team members as necessary.
• Communicating project status with all stakeholders, both internally and externally This role requires strong technical chops sprinkled with liberal doses of communication, support, architecture & documentation. • 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years .NET C# web development experience
• Expert level knowledge of the full SDLC
• Expert level knowledge of modern solution architecture patterns & principles, such as SOLID
• Expert level full-stack web development experience, which includes :
• Database design
• Back-channel API design & development
• Front end design & development
• Security, Usability & Localization concerns
• Experience designing scalable, high-availability, distributed solutions for on premise and cloud deployments.
• You are familiar with cloud providers like Azure and AWS and understand the pros and cons of cloud-based vs. on premise solutions.
• Senior level knowledge of at least one web front-end development framework such as React, Vue or Angular.
• You have working knowledge of CI / CD principles using Azure pipelines.   Non-technical qualifications :
• You dream in code.
• You don’t shy away from new and unfamiliar technology stacks or algorithms. Instead, you thrive on wading straight into the unknown because you are driven to conquer the unfamiliar and make it familiar.
• Ability to lead and mentor less-senior members of the team.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to work dynamically with others in a team environment.
• You spend your free time dabbling in new technologies or building apps on the side.
• You have a demonstrable ability to handle development and implementation of a software project from start to finish. Nice to have qualifications :
• You have some experience developing mobile applications for Android and / or iOS.
• You understand machine learning / AI fundamentals.
