This role combines elements of purchasing, logistics coordination, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries in French and English by phone and email
- Source products, prepare quotes, and process sales and purchase orders
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and manage backorders
- Handle returns and credits with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain organized records and update internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support
