The Trip Support Specialist is responsible to the Trip Support Manager for the departmental focal support for fleet trip development and flight following. The Trip Support Specialist will work with the Executive Assistant (EA) group and the PIC to provide safety, efficiency and logistical support to all trips

What you'll do :

• Pre-Trip Coordination : From destination research to scheduling and regulatory alignment.
• Flight Planning : Creating operational and test flight plans, managing air traffic control filings, assessing routing and fuel efficiency.
• Permits & Compliance : Handling overflight, landing permits, customs, and international requirements.
• Crew & Ground Support : Booking hotels, coordinating services like catering, fueling, cleaning, and transport.
• Weather & Safety : Monitoring forecasts, briefing crews on NOTAMs, supporting emergency protocols.
• Flight Monitoring : Real-time tracking of aircraft and updating stakeholders as needed.
