Compensation, Schedule & Training :

• Schedule : This is a part-time driver position with no guaranteed hours. Shifts will be assigned based on operational needs and require strong flexibility for various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
• Wage Structure :
• Full Rate (after 480 hours) : $ per hour.
• Intermediate Rate (240-480 hours) : $ per hour (94% of full rate).
• Introductory Rate (first 240 hours) : $ per hour (90% of full rate).
• Training : Successful candidates will complete a paid training program at a rate of $ per hour.
• Union Affiliation : This position is part of the Unifor union.
