As the Senior Business Solutions Analyst you will provide leadership, technicaland functional expertise on all business processes, equipment and system applications.

You will participate or lead complex projects, and identify, negotiate, prioritize, build and implement business solutions.

How you will create impact :

• Providing escalated support for business applications, projects and implementations and assisting the team in solving complex business, system, workflow or process related issues.
• Providing subject matter expertise for business and systems projects, and documenting department requirements and expectations.
• Identifying reporting requirements, as well asbuilding, testing, verifying and analyzing complex reports and queries.
• Determining optimal system configuration settings and implementing appropriate modifications to meet desired business requirements.
• Developing business process maps, maintaining procedure documentation, providing training and contributing to the development of data models.

To join our team :

• You have 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• You have a post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• You have Lean Green Belt Certification or related Lean experience.
• You have expert knowledge of business process integration into systems.

What you need to know :

• You will travel occasionally.
• You are required to have your own vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance.
• Detail oriented work that requires a high degree of mental concentration for extended periods of time.
• Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required.
• This role involves direct contact with clients and / or service providers in their environment.
