Job Summary :

The Front-End Driver is responsible for the safe operation of front-loading garbage trucks used

to collect and transport commercial waste and recycling containers. This position requires

strong driving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on customer service and safety compliance.

Responsibilities :

The safe and efficient operation of a Front-Load trucks

Must have excellent knowledge of and be familiar with the roads in the Peel Region,

GTA and surrounding areas

Responsible for daily pre-and-post trip inspections.

Daily route consists of driving to customer sites, secure bin on truck, empty bin at

transfer station, return bin to customer site.

Ensure Customers are serviced as per their contractual requirements and schedules

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Meet or exceed performance and productivity expectations through proven results

Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures

Effective use of tablets, including weights entered & photos of blocked calls

Requirements :

Valid DZ license with a clean driving record.

Completion of high school.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience as a front-end truck driver.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to transportation and waste

management.

Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.

Physical stamina to handle loading / unloading tasks as required.
