Job Summary

We areseeking an experienced financial advisor to join Downstream Financeand Performance Management Department (DSF&PMD) focusing onSegment Financial Controlling & Financial Advisory activitiesfor the Downstream Segment based in Dhahran Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare financial and management reportsensuring Downstreams financials are timely and of highquality.
• Manage global financial planning andquarterly forecasts processes.
• Participate inconsolidating and reconciling financial figures reported toexecutive management for finalizing business line financial reportsat actual and planning events.
• Conduct monthlyand quarterly financial statement analytical reviews at thebusiness unit level.
• Assess and evaluate theorganizations financial performance providing insights andrecommendations for shortterm operational goals and longtermstrategy budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct cashflow analysis and determine required financial tools (e.g. loanshedge leasing) to allocate resources accordingly.
• Develop financial statements for product and regionalsegments.
• Liaise with various stakeholdersincluding Treasury Accounting Policy Tax Pricing FinancialAccounting External Reporting Enterprise Risk Audit and AffiliatesSupport for Downstream (DS) business objectives.
• Establish and maintain reconciliation controls on balancesheet accounts.
• Assist in budget developmentcycles monitoring and allocating budgets in coordination withbusiness and Finance.
• Coordinate resolution ofaudit exceptions for internal and external auditing.
• Provide advice to Downstream Finance community ontechnical accounting issues.
• Identify andimplement preventative and detective controls on key financialprocesses.
• Ensure timely and accuraterecognition of provisions related to environmental remediationlegal and asset retirement obligations.
• Oversee implementation of costeffective internal controlsfor resultsoriented management assess adequacy of DS internalcontrols identify needed improvements and take corrective action;

report annually on internal controls through management assurancestatements.

• Support business developmentactivities including capital projects and upgrades.
• Support business systems architecture and ERP forfinancial functions initiatives.
• Develop buildand review full financial models for corporate finance transactions(e.g. M&A due diligence impairment testing taxrelatedactivities) and conduct valuation analyses using appropriatemethodologies.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Bachelors degreein Business Accounting or Finance.
• Possess anAccounting / Finance professional designation such as ACCA CPA CMACIMA CA CFA or equivalent.
• Accumulate over 12years of experience in Finance and reportingrelated activities withpreferably 5 years in Oil and Gas Downstream.
• Demonstrate previous experience in implementing financialcontrols.
• Possess a solid understanding ofIFRS in relation to Oil & Gas.
• Have astrong knowledge of accounting principles practices standards lawsand regulations.
• Maintain a working knowledgeof SAP Finance Modules.
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite.
• Exhibit indepthknowledge in one or more of the following areas : trade accountingimpairment asset accounting cost reallocations revenue accountingtransfer pricing financial consolidation and group reportingrequirements.
• Strong modeling experience wouldbe considered an asset allowing for a broader suite ofresponsibilities.
