Position Summary :

The Storage Solutions Group (SSG) Sales Coordinator​​​​​ is a critical member of the team, supporting the goals and contributing to the success of the sales department. You are responsible for facilitating the order process from start to finish. You know what's on an order, where it's coming from, when the customer can expect delivery and subsequent install requirements / timelines. You have high standards to ensure orders are accurately entered, maintained, invoiced without error.

Note : This is an on-site role.

• Partner with the sales team to maintain a productive working relationship, ensuring a smooth sales order process from beginning to end.
• Ensure sales order details; items, sell prices, costs, Purchase Orders, invoices are accurately processed in the business system (JDE)
• Assist sales with obtaining supplier quotes.
• Ensure supplier PO's / invoices are accurately processed (PO #'s, quantities, costs) per AP process for payment.
• Schedule and coordinate installations with sub-contractor, warehouse, and customer.
• Ensure sub-contractors are provided with complete and accurate information for installs.
• Manage deliveries for installs, change orders, short shipment, returns.
• Ensure accuracy of expected install costs by reviewing and processing sub-contractor and / or equipment invoices.
• Responsible for maintaining all required sales accounting documentation, Proof of deliveries, project install inspection reports / sign-offs

Requirements & Qualifications

College or university degree or equivalent experience
