Your Role
Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impressionOptimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gapsEffectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient recordsHandle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellationsProcess referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and chartsProactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointmentsComplete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive mannerAbout You
Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is requiredExperience with dental software programs is requiredClinical background is considered an assetFluent written and verbal bilingualism in English and FrenchApplication Information : Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
