Mechanical Technician

Join our clients Foundry Team as a MechanicalTechnician Maintenance Technician. In this role youll beresponsible for installing and setting up dies for samplingconducting maintenance on machinery assisting with die runningprocesses and ensuring adherence to safety protocols in a hotworkingenvironment.

Responsibilities :

Install and set up dies for sampling purposes.

Perform maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimalfunctionality.

Assist with die running processestroubleshooting and resolving issues as theyarise.

Ensure strict adherence to safetyprotocols in a hot working environment.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes andefficiency.

Qualifications :

Mechanical inclination with experience in home mechanic projectspreferred.

Mechanical technologist collegediploma or equivalent.

Completion of maintenancecourses.

Proficiency inhydraulics.

Familiarity with robotics is anasset.

Experience or education in millwrightingis an asset.

Strong computer knowledge coupledwith a preference for handson work.

Excellentcommunicationskills.

PreferredQualifications :

Recent collegegraduate or entrylevel candidate with a passion formechanics.

Desire to work handson in a dynamicteam environment.
